Rakhmatulla Khudayberganov is from Urgench. He was selected into the first cohort of Regional Peer Mentor-Teachers (RPMs) of the English Speaking Nation: Secondary Teacher Training (ESN: STT). ESN: STT is a program of the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan. He has been working at school №38 in Urgench district as an English teacher since 2015. From 2008 to 2012 worked at school № 6 in Urgench city. He has got a CEFR certificate twice and was selected as a teacher trainer and conducted CEFR training courses between 2016 and 2018. The purpose of his participation as a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher is to improve his teaching skills for both pupils and teachers in his region. Secondly, he would like to study how other teachers make their lessons and practice speaking.
