Gulbahor Razakova is from the Namangan region. She received her undergraduate degree as an English Language Teacher at the Andijan State University of Foreign Languages. She started her teaching career at Secondary School #30 in Uchkurgan 2009. In 2012, she started teaching at Secondary School #1 in Uchkurgan. In 2017, she gained great achievements, including a CEFR vertificate and the category of higher qualification. Since that year, she has been working as an English Language Teacher Trainer in Uchkurgan. As a Regional Peer Mentor Trainer, Gulbahor is planning to contribute to the TESOL program in Uzbekistan and carry out student-centered methods of teaching.
