Rustam Tulaev is from Karshi City and recieved his BA in English philology from Karshi State University in 2000. He has been an English teacher at school #1 in Nishan district since 2019. He has been the chairman of the School Primary Trade Union since 2020 and runs an English club at school for 6-11 grade students. As a Core Teacher Trainer, he is looking forward to improving his pedagogical skills in teaching English language and learning student-centered teaching methods.
