Shakhlo Mirzoeva is from Navoi and received her Bachelor's Degree in English Language Teaching from Navoi State Pedagogical Institute. She has been an English teacher at school 12 in the Kyzyltepa district since 2003. She is also a Head of the methodological association at school and has participated in several Olympiads and different competitions where her students succeeded. As a Regional Peer Mentor -Teacher, she is looking forward to cooperating with other teachers, helping them learn something new and raising their level of knowledge. Her main intention is to achieve teaching development.
