Madaminova Shakhnoza is from the Republic of Karakalpakstan. She received her bachelor's degree in philology and teaching languages from Uzbek State World Languages University. She has been an English teacher at specialized school #16 in the Amudarya district since 2015. She also conducts English clubs at school for those who are keen on learning English. She has taken an STC test (State Testing Center) for a salary bonus two times recently and passed successfully. She is a first-category teacher. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to receiving a TESOL certificate and improving her English skills.
