Alim Sharibaev is from the Kungrad region and received his degree in English philology from Karakalpak State University. He has been an English language teacher at school number 21 since 2019. He is also the head of a methodical section of foreign languages and works and shares his experience with his colleagues. During the 2020 parliamentary elections that were held in Uzbekistan, also in his school, he showed his best organisational qualities in conducting such activities. Apart from this, he carries out English clubs for pupils interested in learning English and is always willing to teach. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to developing his teaching skills and knowledge of the language, getting more experience, learning more teaching methods, and sharing opinions with other teachers. His goals are to develop the teaching systems and teachers of his country.
