Laylo Shaymardonova is from Kashkadarya, Uzbekistan. She has been working as a Category 1 teacher at General Secondary School #21 for 11 years now. In addition, she has worked as a Category 2 teacher in other educational institutions. In 2009, she graduated from the Uzbek State World Languages University department of English. Throughout her career, her students have participated in competitions and won honorable mentions. She thinks that this program will be a great help for English teachers in sharing methods and building knowledge, skills, and competencies.
