Madrahimova Shohista is from Namangan, Uzbekistan. She received her bachelor's degree in English philology from Uzbekistan State World Languages University. She has been an English teacher at Secondary School #43 since Summer 2019. She is also a teacher trainer at the Chartak training schools and has 5 years of working experience at Chartak Medical College, including participation in regional conferences and competitions. She received an IELTS certificate in 2015. Her two lesson techniques were popularized among regional English language teachers in 2013 and 2019.

As a Core Teacher Trainer, she is looking forward to updating the teaching system in public schools, which contributes to the development of the nation's knowledge of foreign languages. In addition, she is eager to cooperate with professional trainers to develop her skills.
