Soatmurod Khaydarov is from Angor and received his bachelor's degree in English language and literature faculty from the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. He has been working as an English teacher for eleven years at secondary school #12 in Angor district in the Surkhandarya region. He has started his career since 2009 year at school. He worked as a teacher-trainer in Teachers Re-training Insitute in Termez during 2013 - 2016 years. He participated in several educational programs organized in our region and trained lots of secondary school teachers. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to educating and training English teachers who need personal and professional development. And he would like to experience different effective methods and techniques which can help teachers improve their teaching skills and qualifications.
