Nigora is from Uchkurgan district, Namangan region, and received her bachelor's degree in the English language from Namangan State University. She has been an English teacher at a secondary school number 28 since 2012. She is also a leader of a methodological union of English language at school and conducts English clubs for pupils. Also, she is a teacher-trainer. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to learning new teaching techniques and methods, teaching other teachers what she learned at this program.
