Students in a circle by throwing a ball should tell one fact about Leyla Ali from the last lesson; Ex: Leila Ali is a famous boxer. She’s from the USA. She’s a daughter of famous boxer, Mukhammad Ali. She had 24 fights. She won all of them.

Ss work in pairs, a reporter will interview a sportsman. (Ss will be given 8 pictures of famous sportsmen of Uzbekistan, some information of sportsmen can be written on the back side of the pictures to help learners.) (While interviewing they should consider the following areas: Name, Profession, Place of birth, Date of birth, Achievements. Reporter students should ask their two personal questions from students who are playing a role of famous Sportsman. Ex: What’s your job? Where are you from? What’s your achievement? When did you start this sport?) 2. A teacher checks the Ss how they learnt new words by using Exit ticket. Students say a new word or sentence with a new word they learned from the lesson. |
