Gavhar Salomova is from Termez City in the Surkhandarya region of Uzbekistan. She has her bachelor’s degree and a Master of Art degree. Nowadays she is working on her PhD topic: “Structural-semantic and discourse analysis of abbreviations in English, Uzbek and Russian (the example of educational materials)”. She has been working for 11 years at a teacher training center as a coordinator of distance education. She has been a teacher-trainer since 2013 and instructs English teachers from different districts in Uzbekistan. She loves her job and enjoys teaching her participants. She always tries to deliver her sessions in an interesting way. She uses new methods for her teachers.
