Fatima Sharipova is from the Fergana region. She has a bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She graduated from the Philology department at Fergana State University in 2013. Then, she began working as an English teacher at School #21 in the Altiarik district. She has been working there for eight years. Apart from her school job, she also teaches tutorial courses three times a week. She is very enthusiastic about the ESN program. First of all, she hopes to get a chance to visit English-speaking countries and gain new knowledge. She wants to know more about modern and useful methods of teaching English and wants to find easier ways to make pupils speak more during lessons. After all, she is going to share her experience with Uzbek colleagues in order to improve the teaching system in primary schools.
