Makhimgul Shayimkulovna is from Alat, Uzbekistan. She received her diploma in English and French from Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. She has been an English teacher for 22 years and has worked at different educational institutions, including the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, Alat Agricultural Vocational College, specialized secondary boarding schools, and a secondary school. Since 2018, she has been working at the Specialized Secondary Boarding School #31. In March, she successfully completed the 48-hour ETTE Mentor and Peer Support Training which was held by the British Council in Tashkent. She has been working as a teacher trainer since 2013. 

As a Core Teacher Trainer, she is looking forward to learning about innovative technologies and methods for teaching English as a foreign language; creating and developing materials, textbooks, exams, and activities; and analyzing different approaches such as task-based and project-based teaching.
