Baynazarova Alfiya is from Gulistan, Syrdarya region, and received her Bachelor's degree in Roman-German philology from Gulistan State University in 2012. She has been Russian and English teacher at School N 45 and School N 2 of Bayaut district since 2020 before she worked as an English teacher at the 2nd Academic Lyceum and Secondary School N3 in Gulistan. As a Regional Peer Mentor - Teacher, she is looking forward to getting many opportunities for self-development. She will strengthen her knowledge and English classroom skills and learn the necessary information to be a good English teacher. It is a good chance for her to share knowledge with others that will help them to provide  lessons with high results.
