Axmedova Dildora Mirzamavlutovna lives in the Balikchi district in the Andijan region. She graduated from Andijan State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages in 2005. After that, she has worked at school as an English teacher since 2006. She had been working at the 38th specialized boarding school since 2009. Currently, she is working as the leader of the organized branch of English teachers at school № 5. She helps peer teachers to teach pupils in an innovative way and with modern technologies. Her pupils attend olympiads and community activities; in the 2017 year, she passed the examination of CEFR. Moreover, as a Regional peer Mentor teacher, she would like to improve pupils speaking ability with different innovation methods in our lessons. As a regional peer mentor, she would like to share our ideas, strategies, opinions among English teachers and pupils' speaking ability in every situation in an easy way.
