Elmira Jusipova was born in Nukus region, Karakalpakistan, in 1992. She received a Bachelor's degree in English language and literature from the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz in Nukus, Karakalpakistan, in 2016. Before that, in 2011, she graduated from Nukus State Pedagogical college on teaching computer course. In 2016, she began to work at school number 31 in the Nukus region as an English language teacher. In 2017 she became an English teacher at school number 32 in the Chimbay area because of changing living place. And also, she is ahead of the "English-speaking club." As a Regional Peer Mentor - Teacher, she is looking forward to organizing training with school teachers and improving their language skills.
