Davron Mardanakulov was born in 1984 in Kumkurgan. In 2012, he graduated from Karshi State University, Faculty of Foreign Languages, Department of English Philology. Since 2012, he has been working as an English teacher at secondary school No. 27 in Kumkurgan district of Surkhandarya region. From 2015 to 2017, he worked as a teacher trainer in weekly courses organized in the districts to develop foreign language teachers' professional skills in the system of public education. He has been teaching English for nine years. By learning, he is teaching, and by teaching, he is learning. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to improving his pedagogical skills and knowledge and then teaches what he has learned to other teachers.
