Hayotillo Abdullayev is from Andijan City and received his bachelor’s in English Language and Literature from Andijan State University. He has been working as a teacher at School #20 in the Jalaquduq district since 2020. He is also an English language tutor at a language centre in his home town. He also worked as a tour guide in ancient cities for two years during summer vacation. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to enhancing his English language proficiency in different ways with the help of this program. Using innovative teaching methods is beneficial for both students and teachers. Presently, the demand for advanced language teachers is high. For this reason, he would like to experience innovative teaching methods and models in the program.
