Dilnoza Eshankulova is from Kattakurgan, Uzbekistan and received her bachelor’s degree from Karshi State University. She worked at Kattakurgan Pedagogical College for 8 years and was head of the Languages department. She has been a teacher at School #14 since 2020 and likes her work. She thinks that teaching students requires more responsibility compared to other jobs. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to getting more experience from this program and will try to do her best. In her work, she plans to use the methods she learns to teach students and her fellow teachers.
