Ayjamal Koshkarbayevna Idireysova is from Nukus and received her bachelor's degree in English Philology from the Uzbek State World Languages University. She also attended MDIS University in Tashkent with 7 points from IELTS. Now she is in her first year of studying for her master's degree at Uzbekistan National University. She works at School #317 in Sergeli, Tashkent. She began her career in 2016 teaching at a school in Nukus. However, she began teaching children unofficially in 2011. While working in Nukus, she worked as a trainer for teachers and got a certificate for a monthly salary bonus. She loves teaching. She has also taught Russian to adults at language centers. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to developing her teaching experience and doing her best to get her TESOL Certificate as an international teacher.
