Nargisa Sulieva is from Bukhara and received her bachelor's degree in English Philology. She has been a teacher at School #2 since 2000. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to participating in this program and improving her English skills. Taking part in this kind of program will encourage her and increase her experience. By learning and exploring new methods of teaching school children, she will be able to educate her students better. Also, a teacher needs to educate themselves to instill knowledge in their students, because their role in the school changes constantly. New technologies appear that teachers need to be able to use, and it is necessary to understand what competencies a modern and successful teacher should possess.
