Dinara Utepbergenova is from the Kanlikul region and received her English Language Teaching degree from the department of Foreign Languages at Karakalpak State University. During her university years she was very interested in translating short stories from L1 into English, so she participated at a seminar of Uzbek writers in the Jizzakh region and was awarded with a certificate and tablet. In 2018, she also participated with her translations at a festival which was organized by the Youth Organization of Uzbekistan. She has been an English teacher at School #21 since 2017. She also organizes youth festivals and competitions at this school, and her students always get good grades at regional subject Olympiads. In April this year she became a 2nd category teacher. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to getting more skills and experience for her career and to becoming the best regional mentor.
