Nigora Yarasheva is from Bukhara and received her bachelor’s degree in English Philology from Bukhara State University. She has been a teacher at School #2 in the Vabkent district since 2002. She is also the head of the methodological council of English teachers at her school and has several certificates from different programs and seminars held throughout Uzbekistan. Her students are active participants and winners of various international and national Olympiads. Her student was a finalist of the FLEX program through ESN. Recently, she has been awarded with state awards such as Shuhrat and Excellence in Public Education. She is a trainer at regional sessions on English language teaching in Bukhara. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to gaining proficiency in teaching English and to experiencing the program.
