Khushnamo Burhonxujaeva is from Rishtan, Uzbekistan. She received her bachelor's degree in English philology from Ferghana State University. She has been working as an English teacher at School #195 in the Chilanzar region of Tashkent since 2018. She is also the lead English teacher and is responsible for developing the English teaching methodology at her school. Previously, Khushnamo worked as an English teacher at School #26 in Rishtan and at School #164 in Chilanzar. Khushnamo has extensive experience in training English Teachers at the regional level. She also participed in the national "Best Teacher of the Year" competition in 2017 and took second place. 

As a Core Teacher Trainer, she is looking forward to improving her own teacher training skills and providing effective training to other English teachers in Uzbekistan. She hopes to contribute to the development and improvement of English teaching quality in secondary schools.
