Madina Kakharova is from Gijduvan, Uzbekistan. She received her MA in international education from the SIT Graduate Institution in Vermont, USA. Her BA degree is from Uzbek State World Languages University in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. She has been an EFL teacher at School #21 in Gijduvan from November 2018 to February 2020 and an EFL teacher at Teacher Retraining Center in Bukhara from September 2019 to present. She also worked as an assistant for the international education and innovations section director in the Retraining Center in Bukhara. The organization partners with foreign universities, organizes events, and offers guest speakers. She worked as a translator, guide, education manager, and assistant director for several other organizations.

She is looking forward to experiencing new teaching techniques and methods to share with other participants. She would also like to meet new colleagues and create a robust network. She is eager to explore solutions to issues in education. These skills will be useful not only for our current teaching positions, but for when we open our own schools in the future as well.
