Nafisa Khudoynazarova is from Bukhara, Uzbekistan. She received her bachelor's degree in English philology from Bukhara State University in 2007 and her master's degree in project management from Russian State Social University. She has been working as an English language teacher since 2007 in several public schools in Uzbekistan and Russia, with her most recent position at Bukhara Public School #29. From 2018 to 2019, she organized extracurricular activities and in-service teacher training activities in Russia. Her students also often compete competitively in local and international Olympiads. In December 2020, Nafisa took second place in the Innovative Methods of Teaching Competition. In March 2020, she passed the IESOL exam, obtaining C1 level.

As a Core Teacher Trainer, she is looking forward to teaching and training her colleagues, helping them develop professionally and improving their knowledge of teaching methods.
