Lola Uzakova is from Fergana, Uzbekistan. Lola recieved her bachelor's degree in English language from Fergana State University in 2003. She has been teaching English at Academic Lyceum since 2004. Lola worked as a refreshment course trainer for English teachers at Fergana State University from 2013 to 2018. Currently, Lola leads a methodic unit among lyceums and colleges in the Fergana Region. She began working as an English teacher at a Secondary School #15 since 2019. She organized a testing center for college admissions exams. She also organizes workshops, trainings, and seminars with her colleagues in order to exchange experiences, learn new teaching methods, and brainstorm solutions to their professional challenges.

Lola believes that participation in this program will offer challenges and opportunities for her continuous professional development. She plans to share her experiences with other professionals, discuss how to further English teaching in Uzbekistan, get a deeper understanding of innovative teaching practices, and develop collaboration skills working in different communities.
