Biography Norova Mekhriniso Abdurashit qizi is from Samarkand region, Narpay district and her bachelor's degree in teaching English and literature from Navoiy State Pedagogical Institute. She has been an English teacher at secondary school N47 in Narpay district since 2015. She absolutely sure that her participation in this program brings her an opportunity to be a professional trainer and change the system of in-service training in Uzbekistan as a modern and efficient form. She always tries to share her experience with her colleagues to find actual solutions and make teaching easier. And She is sure that She can do her best to organize informative and efficient training courses for secondary school English teachers to be helpful and useful for their teaching process. As a Core Trainer, she is looking forward to learn how to plan, organize and encourage teachers during the training events through international training courses in this program.
