Babayazova Elvira Bakhodirovna is from Urgench city and received her Bachelor's degree in Philology from Urgench State University. She has been a teacher of English at specialized school #3 since 2009/10/09. As a regional Peer Mentor - Teacher, she is looking forward to getting a good experience, and also, it will be a big step to personal growth as a teacher. However, the main goal of her participation is to gain international experience outside the current workplace. She perceives this program as a beautiful, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to better her knowledge and methodology of teaching. Besides, this is a unique opportunity to meet new people, except her colleague's network, and meet new ones.
