Dilbar is from Termez and received her bachelor's degree in English philology from Termez State University. She has been an English language teacher at secondary school №2 in Jarkurgan district since 2011. She is also a successful mentor of extracurricular activity circles at school and good at preparing students of upper classes for higher education. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to exchanging teaching methods with other teachers and contributing to the improvement of Uzbekistan's educational system.
