Gullola is from Uchkuprik and received her bachelor's degree in philology from Fergana State University. She has been a teacher at school number 1 since 2014. She is also the leader of English teachers. Also, a conversation club, a debate, and some social events were arranged by her to actively engage as many students as possible to keep developing themselves beyond class hours. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to her participation. This program will bring her closer to accomplish her goals in several ways. Firstly, she will have solid subject knowledge and fluent English language proficiency. She can use her skills to get things done efficiently and effectively. She will be able to create ways of collaborative working in the future. She will also have excellent leadership abilities; she can organize seminars, workshops for colleagues to learn something new.
