Makpal Kokanova is from Konimekh district and received her Bachelor's degree in Teaching English language and literature from Navoi State Pedagogical Institute. She has been an English teacher at Secondary school 16 of Konimekh district since 2018. She is also a member of the Youth union of school and has extra-curriculum lessons for teachers. She experienced many kinds of methods and students' characters for three years. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to deriving and exchange teaching methods she would like to experience in the program.
