Kudratov Farrukh is from Uzun in Surkhandarya. He has graduated from TSPU named after Nizami. He also worked as a trainer teacher to re-training and enhanced secondary school teachers, organized by the Ministry of public education and the British council. He has been working as an English teacher for school number 12 in Uzun since 2016. He has taught many students. Some of them won the Olympic games in district Step and participated with high scores in regional Step. Furthermore, he passed the exam for teachers to classify, and he got a maximum qualification degree for teachers. As a mentor teacher in English, he will improve the English language's role and motivate teachers to be responsible while teaching process. He is eager to participate in this program, and he will develop his experience and use his knowledge in the teaching process in the future.
