Rustam is from Jizzakh and received his bachelor's degree in philology from UzSWLU. He studied in UzSWLU 2000-2004. He has been a teacher at school number 10 in the Zafarabad district Jizzakh region since 2017. He is also a tutor of an English club for little children. He also worked at "Sayiljoyi" lyceum in 2005. And at the Pedagogical institute in 2008. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to learning teaching pupils with new methods and advance his English language.
