Malikova Xadicha is from Fergana, and she received her bachelor's degree diploma in English language teacher from the Tashkent Regional State Pedagogical institution. She has been an English teacher at school 16 since 2017. She is also head of English teachers of the school. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to excellent opportunities to improve her professional skills and gain many experiences. She wants to exchange ideas with other participants in this program and learn how to solve different problems differently. This program will significantly support her career and work in any foreign country in her future life.
