Shoira Aybekovna Mamajonova from Margilan received her Bachelor's degree in English Philology from Fergana State University in 2000. She has been working at secondary school number 8 since 2014 as an English Teacher. Additionally, she is a trainer of experienced local teachers in Margilan. On Fridays, she teaches them innovative teaching methods and supports them in improving their knowledge of educating pupils. In 2019, she completed the Innovative course Leadership for Organization Growth and Excellence (ILOGE) by the ITEC Program sponsored by the government of India As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher. She has been looking forward to enriching her knowledge to contribute to her knowledge and experience in pursuing her goals to strengthen her leadership capacities to build human solidarity and cooperation in local, national, and transnational contexts. She firmly believes that her background, educational and professional experience make her an excellent candidate for this course.
