Nilufar Makhamadjanova is an English Foreign Language teacher at secondary school #6 in Fergana city. She has been working there since 2012. She is also a teacher-trainer at the language centre. She began her career as a Youth Leader at a school in Namangan city. Nilufar Makhamadjanova is a Leader of the club "Magic Word", which has more than 30 participants. As a Regional Peer Mentor, she is looking forward to gaining deep knowledge and new methods. After completing this program, she plans to organise masterclasses to develop the procedure of teaching English at school, using innovative ways to strengthen language and increase pupils' interests.
