Mashxura is from Kashkadarya and received a master's degree in teaching foreign languages from Karshi State University in 1997. She has been an English teacher at Kashkadarya city school #48 since 1997. She serves as an English teacher trainer to enhance public school foreign language teachers' professional development in Uzbekistan. Mashxura passed the CEFR test with high marks, and she is an active participant in different seminars and training courses in her city. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to developing her professional growth and becoming a qualified, modern and creative-minded teacher. She aims to learn effective methods and discuss classroom management.
