Khamudulla Sarsenbaev was born in Kanlikul, Kanakalpakstan. Currently lives in Nukus city. He enrolled at Karakalpak State University in 2003 and graduated from the university in 2007. Following two years, he had completed a master's degree at the same university. He has been working as a trainer for two years in Retraining and in-service Training Center in Nukus city. Up to 2030 Government has settled the goal to achieve the English language teachers C1 level 100% and the school-leavers B1 level. In his opinion, every English teacher has to contribute, and he believes he should be contributing as well.
