Siddikova Durdona is from Navoi Region and received a bachelor's degree from NSPI. Since 2011, she has been working as an English teacher at the 15th school of Qiziltepa. She qualified as English Teacher Level II in 2017 and Level I in 2018, along with the CEFR certificate. Furthemore, her students have regularly been participating in Regional and International olympiads. One of her pupils reached the Semi-Final step of the International Hippo Olympiad last year. As a Regional Peer Mentor Teacher, she is looking forward to organizing the up-to-date teacher training courses, including all language and various teaching methodologies of IT. As a trainer, she tries to organize more effective training, but she believes that only trying is not enough. She would like to have real experience of best practices, and ESN Program will assist her in reaching her aim.
