Maftuna Khidirova is from Djizzak and she received her Bachelor degree from Djizzak State Pedagogical Institute. She is an English Teacher st school N12 in Djizzak City. She organized "Funny English Club" to improve her pupils' degree and motivate them to learn English. She has been the participant of "The Best teacher of the year" in 2018 and achieved the second place. She has also passed an exam for English teachers to gain salary increace organized by the State Testing Center. As a Regional Peer Mentor, she is looking forward to increasing her skills and qualification regularly and to be a skilled expert of her subject.
