Ruzigul Abdubaitova is from Gulistan City, Sirdaya region. Last year in 2020, she received her bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Gulistan State University. She has been working as an English teacher at Secondary School #5 since her graduation. She worked as a part-time teacher at school during her studies in 2019 until the lockdown. Currently, she is an IELTS tutor, teaching both on the online platform and traditionally. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to improving her teaching skills as a qualified teacher. She believes that improving pedagogical skills is essential for a successful teacher. Moreover, she intends to help her other colleagues with various teaching skills upon completing this ESN program.
