Gulzira Arginbaeva is from Tashkent, Uzbekistan and currently resides in the Buka district of Tashkent. She received her bachelor’s degree in English Teaching from the Tashkent Region Pedagogical Institute in 2008. Gulzira also obtained her TESOL certificate through Arizona State University in 2020. She has been teaching secondary-level pupils for over 13 years, and has taught at School #22 since 2008. Gulzira taught in various language centers and worked to improve her speaking and computer skills by traveling to India. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to increasing her pedagogical skills and sharing fruitful teaching techniques with her colleagues in the program.
