Nilufar Ashiralieva is from the Sirdarya region and received her bachelor's degree in English Philology from Uzbekistan State World Languages University. She is interested in IT and psychology and has taken part in various trainings in these fields. She has been a teacher for 12 years. For the past year, she has also been teaching at Magister Education Center, where she helps her students prepare for various academic competitions. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to sharing her experience and expertise to improve not only her own English skills, but also the skills of other teachers who need to improve their English knowledge and pedagogy. She would like these teachers to obtain these skills and share their knowledge without any difficulty.
