Dilbar Aslanova is from the Karshi district and received her bachelor's degree in English language from Karshi State University. She has been an English teacher at School #39 in the Karshi district of the Kashkadarya region since 2004. She is also the leader of an English method merger. She worked as an English teacher trainer from 2014 to 2017. She has also received the CEFR B2 certificate, which provides eligibility for monthly salary bonuses, twice (2017 and 2021). As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to obtaining a TESOL certificate, which gives great opportunities to work abroad, as well as to teaching senior students efficiently at school.
