Feruza Azzamova is from Samarkand and received her bachelor’s degree in English Philology from the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. She has been a teacher at Secondary School #10 in the Jomboy district since 2014. As a secondary school teacher, she has created listening comprehension lessons for extra-curricular activities and written detective stories for amateur readers. She is also a method association leader at her school, and has created some methods like "Warming up activities for revision”. She tries to teach English by focusing on improving pupils’ abilities in the four main skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to creating new methods of teaching English in order to improve the growing generation’s active use of the English language.
