Bakhtiyorjon Dehkonov is from Dangara and received his bachelor's degree in English language from the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute. He has been an English teacher at Secondary School #18 since 2010. Since February 1, 2016 he has been working as a trainer in weekly Friday courses. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to learning more about English teaching methods and approaches. After finishing the program, he is going to share the knowledge he got from the ESN course with local teachers who work at secondary schools in his city. He hopes to contribute to the development and cooperation of ESN.
