Feruza Doschanova is from Yangibazar in the Khorezm region of Uzbekistan. She received her bachelor’s degree in Philology from Urgench State University. She has been an English teacher at Secondary School #15 in Yangibazar since 2017. From 2017 to 2018, she worked as a trainer at the Teacher Training Institute in Urgench. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to reaching the TOEFL IBT and becoming one of the best mentors in the Uzbekistan Republic. With the help of the ESN program, she wants to learn new methods of teaching foreign languages and share them with her colleagues.
