Asqarali Fozilov is from the Fergana region of Uzbekistan. He received his bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. From 2013 to 2016, he worked as a teacher trainer at the Retraining Institute, where he was responsible for ensuring that students acquire and consolidate knowledge, skills, and understanding appropriate to the subject being taught. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to encouraging creativity and higher-order thinking in a way that increases his students' and fellow teachers' performance. As an English teacher, he would like to utilize his lively and energetic attitude by teaching students with great enthusiasm. With his administrative and institutional abilities, he will also work to perform administrative tasks and responsibilities. He would like to lead students and participate in constructive programs.
